Founded by Richard DeCastro who was a Consulting Engineer prior to becoming a Contractor. In the early 70's consulting work consisted mainly of electrical and mechanical systems for Federal, State, City and private commercial development of:

  • Office Buildings
  • Petroleumeum
  • Warehouses

These projects included services from the utility companies source of energy and bringing them into the project site, to the furnishing and installing of plant equipment and finishing of the building.
